A: You can cancel your booking online at the cancellation page. If it's not a prepaid hotel, you no need to pay any fee by complying with the hotel's cancel policy. If you want to cancel a pre-paid hotel reservation, we will refund 100% of the reservation less a $20.00 reservation cancellation fee. You may not cancel a reservation via email for security reasons.
